Lasagna is a family favorite around here—it’s warm, hearty, and perfect for bringing everyone together. But let’s be honest: traditional lasagna can feel like a bit of a project, especially with the endless dishes afterward. Ross knew that with him away for his treatment, we’d need some easy, comforting meals to hold down the fort. So, in true Ross style, he prepped dinners for a couple of days. One of those gems is this Crockpot Lasagna.

It’s genius, really. No layering, no juggling pots and pans, and somehow, it’s every bit as delicious as the classic version. We just thaw the freezer bag, dump everything into the crockpot, and let it do its magic. Last night, as it cooked, the house was filled with the smell of Ross’ lasagna. It reminded us of him, even though he’s miles away.

Here’s the recipe if you want to give it a try. Trust me, it’s the kind of easy that we all need sometimes. You get all the cheesy, saucy goodness with a fraction of the work.
